Can I order yet?

Verenne is preparing to launch. We are not accepting orders while we confirm our product and delivery arrangements.

Can I choose a single ampoule?

The collection includes individual Silk, PDRN Pink Vitamin and Kojic Acid Niacinamide ampoules. The optional Hometox Trio contains one of each. You do not need the full set to choose an ampoule.

What size are the bottles?

Each ampoule bottle contains 40 ml. The trio contains three 40 ml bottles, one of each formula.

Whose branding is on the product?

The ampoules come in their original Sungboon Editor packaging. Verenne is the store name.

How do I check ingredients and directions?

Read the complete ingredient list and directions for the exact product. Follow the directions and precautions on its packaging. Contact us if information you need is missing before you decide to buy.

Where will you deliver?

Our planned delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Delivery windows will be published before orders open. See our shipping page.

Are opened bottles covered by the refund promise?

Yes. Our 60-day money-back promise starts on delivery and includes opened bottles. If we require a return, we provide a prepaid return label. Read our refund details.
