Shopping with Verenne

Products, orders and payment

Check the exact product, bottle quantity, ingredients, directions and precautions before buying. Contact us if information you need is missing. Product photographs and descriptions do not guarantee a particular personal result.

Prices are in US dollars. Review your products, quantities, purchase type, delivery details and final total before paying. Checkout shows applicable shipping charges, taxes and accepted discounts. Supply accurate contact and delivery information. Unavailable products cannot be ordered.

If an item cannot be supplied or an error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you about the available options and refund any unfulfilled purchase. We will not substitute another formula without your agreement.

One-time offers and the Trio

Promotions apply only when their product, quantity, date and combination requirements are met at checkout. For a two- or four-bottle offer, the order must contain that total physical quantity; extra bottles are not added after checkout.

The Trio selection adds three separate product lines: one Silk Ampoule, one PDRN Pink Vitamin Ampoule and one Kojic Acid Niacinamide Ampoule. It is not a separate premade set or a promise of one parcel.

The one-time quantity offer gives $6 off each eligible single ampoule when you buy at least three eligible bottles. At the current $29 regular bottle price, three cost $69 before shipping and any applicable taxes. The discount applies to three or more eligible bottles in any combination; it does not require one of each formula. A qualifying buy-one-get-one offer may apply instead when it gives a better price. Check the actual discount and total at checkout.

One-time bottle offers and BF20 do not apply to monthly subscriptions.

Optional monthly subscriptions

Check your selected purchase option before adding to cart: the monthly option can be selected by default when available. Choose a one-time option if you do not want recurring charges. A one-time order does not create a subscription.

The monthly single-bottle plan gives 15% off the $29 regular price, making it $24.65 per bottle. A separate monthly quantity discount takes a further $5.10 off each eligible subscription bottle when you select at least three eligible bottles. Three then cost $19.55 each, or $58.65 per monthly delivery, before shipping and any applicable taxes. This is 15% less than the $69 one-time three-bottle price. The quantity offer applies to three or more eligible subscription bottles in any combination.

The monthly Trio contains the same three separate product lines. Its quantity discount applies to every scheduled payment of the subscription created at checkout, not only the first payment. By completing a subscription checkout, you authorize the recurring amount and delivery frequency shown there until you cancel. Shipping for recurring deliveries is disclosed at checkout. Review the updated amount before confirming a later change to products or quantities.

You can pause or cancel without a minimum number of renewals or cancellation fee. Sign in to your customer account, open Subscriptions, use the management link in a subscription email, or contact us for help. To stop the whole Trio, make sure all three product items are paused or canceled; if they appear in separate subscriptions, manage each subscription. Canceling only one item does not stop the others.

Cancel or pause before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. Canceling stops future charges; a refund for an order already charged is handled under our refund policy.

Shipping and order changes

Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are excluded. Standard shipping is $4.99 per order; check the charge shown at checkout.

Third-party suppliers and carriers fulfill orders. A US delivery address does not mean dispatch from a US warehouse. Products, including the three Trio items, may arrive in separate parcels. We do not add another shipping charge merely because the same order ships in separate parcels. Our shipping policy provides the current delivery information. Contact us before purchasing if the delivery information you need is not available. Contact us promptly to request an address correction or cancellation; processing may limit what can be changed. If shipment is delayed, we will provide the options required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

You may request a refund within 60 days of delivery, including for opened bottles. If we require a return, we provide instructions and a prepaid label; send it within 30 days after receiving those instructions and label. This does not shorten the 60-day request window.

We refund the product amount paid after discounts to the original payment method, within 10 business days after approval when no return is required, or after receipt when a return is required. Payment-provider posting can take additional time. The refund policy gives the full instructions.

Your rights and future changes

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies under applicable consumer law or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update terms for future purchases; a later change does not remove commitments already made for an order.
